Free Delivery Coverage

Complimentary delivery is available within England only on orders with a minimum value of £300.

Orders delivered to Scotland and Wales will incur additional delivery charges. These charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Non-Delivery Areas

At present, we are unable to deliver to the following locations and postcode areas:

KW, ZE, HS, BT, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, and the Channel Islands

Orders placed with delivery addresses in these regions will not be fulfilled and may be cancelled with a full refund. Customers are advised to verify their postcode before placing an order.


Delivery Planning & Scheduling

Once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch, our delivery team will arrange a delivery schedule that best suits your availability. Customer convenience and satisfaction are always our top priorities.

You will receive:

  • A delivery confirmation approximately 3 days before delivery
  • A courtesy call from the driver around 30 minutes before arrival

It is essential that someone is present at the delivery address at the agreed time.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Weekend deliveries may be available in exceptional cases and will be confirmed in advance

For in-stock items, delivery usually takes 7–10 working days from the order date.
However, the general delivery timeframe can extend up to 4 weeks, depending on product availability.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed beyond this period (up to 10 weeks). Customers will be informed promptly if delays occur.


Urgent Delivery Requests

If you require delivery on a specific date or have an urgent request, please contact us directly with:

  • Your full delivery address
  • Order details
  • Preferred delivery date and time

Our team will confirm whether your request can be accommodated.


Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing more than one item will be delivered together, once all products are available in stock.


Delivery Day Conditions

If delivery has been confirmed and the customer is not present at the agreed time, a minimum failed delivery fee of £25 may apply. This charge depends on the courier’s policy and circumstances.


Carrying Items Upstairs

Delivery is made to the ground floor / doorstep only.

If:

  • The property is above ground level and
  • No lift is available

An additional charge of £10 per floor will apply. This amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

Important:
“Carrying items upstairs” refers to any delivery location above the ground floor without lift access.


Acceptance of Goods

If the purchaser is the end user, the goods must be accepted within 5 days of delivery.

Once the goods are accepted, the buyer cannot reject the items, as this will be considered a breach of the sales agreement.
