Refund policy
Return Timeframe
Customers may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date the order is delivered. Any requests received after this period will not be considered.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must comply with the following:
- Product must be unused and unassembled
- Must be returned in original packaging with all components
- Tags, labels, and protective materials must be intact
- Valid order confirmation or invoice must be provided
Products that are damaged due to misuse or poor handling after delivery are not eligible.
Return Request Procedure
To request a return, please email bargainfurnitureltd@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
If your request is approved, we will provide return authorization details and shipping instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.

Faulty or Incorrect Deliveries
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what was ordered, notify us promptly after delivery.
We will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns are not accepted for:
- Made-to-order or customized products
- Clearance or promotional items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Hygiene-sensitive or hazardous items

Replacement Policy
We do not process direct swaps.
To receive a different product, the original item must be returned and approved first, after which a new order can be placed separately.
EU Consumer Rights
For orders delivered to European Union countries, customers have the statutory right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Items must remain unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and checked:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is up to 10 business days
Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
